Pricing questions
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, and the five business tools are yours for as long as you like.
Are the shopper tools free?
Yes, always. The shopping tools and the Cyber Security checks for shoppers are free for everyone, with no sign-in. These plans are for shops and brands.
Does a pass renew automatically?
No. You pay once and are never charged again unless you buy another pass. We email you 5 days before your pass ends, and afterwards your account simply returns to the Free plan.
What if I renew or upgrade early?
Nothing is lost. Renewing the same plan adds the new days on to the end of your current pass. Upgrading starts the bigger plan straight away and turns the value of your unused days into extra days on the new plan.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Nothing breaks. The tool tells you which limit you reached, and you can wait for next month’s allowance or move to a bigger plan.
Is my shop’s data safe?
Product files are converted, cleaned and matched inside your own browser and are not uploaded to us. AI checks are sent to an open-weight model only to produce the answer and are not stored, and personal details are removed first.
Do you offer discounts for churches and charities?
Yes. Registered churches, ministries and charities get 30% off any paid plan. Contact us for a discount code to use at checkout.
